Ragy Thomas, CEO + Founder
Ragy is a prescient technology voice and visionary, who has played an instrumental role in the evolution of two business critical channels for the enterprise – email and social. He founded Sprinklr in 2009 with the belief that brand leaders who intend to be relevant and thrive must go beyond just ‘doing social’ to being sat scale. Sprinklr, the industry’s only native social relationship infrastructure, was designed to power the conversation economy through brands that build real, human relationships with people.
Ragy received his M.B.A. in Finance and IT from NYU’s Stern and his Bachelor’s in Technology in Computer Science in Engineering from Pondicherry University, India.
Chris Lynch, CFO
After receiving his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern, Murali became an executive at Cisco Systems Inc., where he held several key leadership roles. These included the principal lead for the acquisition integration practice for Cisco Engineering, as well as developing the strategy and managing its global data center operations. At Sprinklr, he runs the Engineering, Operations and Services divisions, helping to drive the company forward.
Jan Zlotnick, CMO

Scott Doniger, SVP of Strategy + Services
Scott has two decades of experience in strategic marketing, consulting, analysis and leadership roles, in which he specialized in connecting brands and people through forward-thinking technology. He currently works with Sprinklr’s strategy, marketing, client and professional services teams to help set new standards on brand equity and thought leadership. Prior to joining Sprinklr, Scott was executive director of strategy and planning at Wirestone. Here, he guided a team of 15 marketing, social media, and technology analysts to develop solutions that help brands better understand how to connect with people through digital technologies. He received his Master’s in International Relations from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
Michael Logan, VP of Sales
Michael Logan brings 23 years’ experience in strategic software sales to Sprinklr, specializing in developing customer-focused orientation through the sales process. He was a founding member of Aprimo Marketing, establishing and growing enterprise deployments by serving clients in the marketing process and agency collaboration. Before Aprimo, Michael held various leadership and sales roles at PTC and Eastman Kodak. He has a degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
