Dani Golan

Dani Golan oversees strategy, go-to-market and overall company operations. Previously, Dani served as President and General Manager of Performix Technologies, acquired by NICE Systems in 2006. Prior to Performix, Dani was an executive responsible for leading new ventures at EMC. Dani holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Prior to his professional career, Dani served as a fighter pilot and an officer in the Israeli Air Force.

Chris Lehman

Chris is a senior sales executive with a strong track record of sales leadership and exceptional growth. Chris joins Kaminario from XtremIO where he was VP of Sales for the Americas. XtremIO was acquired by EMC in 2012. Prior to XtremIO, Chris led sales growth at BlueArc, which was acquired by HDS. Chris is responsible for Kaminario's sales and channel strategy and continuing to expand our base of satisfied customers. Chris has a B.S. from San Francisco State University and an MBA from Saint Mary's College.

Dana Loof

Dana Loof is a results-driven technology marketing executive with a twenty-year track record of successfully expanding revenue for software, hardware, and SaaS product portfolios. She has led and developed world-class brands, and driven startups to successful exits marketing security, storage, desktop virtualization and cloud technologies. Notably, Dana guided Veritas Software for four years before a Symantec acquisition, and eVault, Inc for three years before a Seagate acquisition.

Dana received her Bachelors of Science degree in international business with an emphasis in marketing from San Francisco State University’s College of Business.

Phil Williams

Phil Williams joins Kaminario from Dell's Information Data Management group. Prior to Dell, Phil was the Vice President of Global Business Development and Solutions Marketing at NetApp. At Netapp he was instrumental in helping drive NetApp's growth strategy in NAS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel by developing key strategic partnerships and marketing programs with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, SAS and key vertical software providers in areas such as financial services, energy, product design and manufacturing. Prior to Netapp, Phil was a co-founder of internet startup HomeCity and VP of Business Development and a Board Member of BitSource where he helped lead the successful acquisition by Intraware, Inc. Previously he held various executive management roles across Business Development, Marketing and Channels at network software maker Novell.

Phil has a B.S. degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Alabama.

Ritu Jyoti

Ritu Jyoti is responsible for Product Management at Kaminario. Ritu has over twenty years of experience driving big picture corporate growth and strategic direction by identifying high potential new business, market, and partnership opportunities. Prior to joining Kaminario, Ritu worked at EMC for 6 years, where she held significant positions across EMC NAS division, Technology Alliances and Global Solutions. At EMC, she helped improve TCE as an innovative, creative thinker and thought leader adept at leveraging a strong technical background to uncover and align business / customer needs with on-the ground solutions engineering. Prior to that, she held management positions at IBM Global Services & PwC Consulting and successfully managed million-dollar engagements. Ritu holds a B.Sc. engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Ranchi University, India and Executive education in Corporate Strategy & Strategic Marketing from MIT Sloan School of Management, USA.

Doron Tal

Doron Tal is a technology expert with responsibility for leading the architectural design of Kaminario's core K2 products. Doron joined Kaminario in 2008. Prior to joining Kaminario, Doron was at IBM Research Labs in Haifa where he conducted research in advanced document processing. Prior to IBM, Doron worked for Mellanox where he worked on the company's leading chip technology architecting and designing post silicon verification framework and tools. Doron holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute.

Shachar Fienblit

Shachar Fienblit has 12 years of experience in enterprise system development. Shachar is responsible for research, development and quality assurance of Kaminario Products. Prior to Kaminario, Shachar held various leadership positions at IBM storage division, where he was responsible for architecture, definition, design and development of several enterprise storage products. Shachar was an architect of advanced copy functions for IBM's DS family of storage products and the leading architect in IBM Haifa storage development lab. Shachar holds B.Sc. in computer science from Haifa University.

Itay Shoshani

Itay Shoshani is responsible for Kaminario’s Customer Delivery and Operations Unit, which combines all the company’s customer-related support functions such as professional services, performance consulting and support into one group. Charged with ensuring every customer interaction is optimized for customer success, the new unit will focus on delivering highly efficient support to customers of the Kaminario K2 all solid-state SAN storage solution. Shoshani previously served as the director of Kaminario’s EMEA sales and operations. Prior to coming to Kaminario, Shoshani was CTO at Bustin Computers and served 10 years with Unisys EMEA in a variety of positions, such as enterprise infrastructure architect, enterprise consolidation manager, and professional services manager for high-end performance servers.

Issana Raudnitz

Issana Raudnitz is a finance, management and operations expert with over 20 years experience in senior finance, operations and business management roles with both start-ups and established technology companies. Prior to joining Kaminario as their CFO, Issana served as vice president of finance at Amimon, a fabless semiconductor company pioneering wireless uncompressed high-definition video, where she managed the company's finances. From 2003 to 2006, Issana served as director of finance and operations at Oplus, which was acquired by Intel in 2005. Previously, she spent more than 11 years in financial and business management roles at Elscint, a medical devices company that was acquired by Marconi Medical Systems. In her last position at Marconi Medical, she managed the company's Israeli operations.

Issana received an International Executive MBA from Kellogg – Recanati in Israel and holds a B.Sc degree in industrial and management engineering from Technion in Israel.

Oren Israelson

Oren Israelson is a seasoned human resources executive, with over 10 years of experience leading startups and large global enterprises. Prior to joining Kaminario, Oren held executive positions at Amdocs, Delta Galil Industries and Intel, where he drove the strategy, development and processes to support organizational talent. He was CEO of Divisional HR Executives where he led executive teams in startups and larger organizations through strategic planning to profitability at all stages of their lifecycle.
