In 2008, we set out to be the leader in delivering next-generation modern general-purpose storage for the enterprise, built on solid-state technology. We were ahead of our time. We still are. We were the first vendor to deliver enterprise-class all flash storage, based on our proprietary, breakthrough scale-out architecture, called SPEAR (Scale-Out Performance and Resilience Architecture). Our solutions have set performance records for IO, bandwidth and latency. We have put 150 engineering years into our solutions, with 35 patents in process. We have seen the future of enterprise storage. It is Kaminario.

Our Vision

At Kaminario, we have had a clear vision from Day One. Because of our team’s deep background in enterprise storage, we recognized that monolithic HDD-based legacy storage would be a roadblock to delivering the speed and agility required by next-generation enterprise applications. Organizations must have the performance of all-Flash storage. But performance isn’t enough. Next-generation storage must also deliver new levels of consistency, reliability, scalability and manageability. Kaminario was the first company in the world to build a true scale-out architecture for all-Flash enterprise storage. Why?
